Подробиці евакуації із зони бойових дій в деталях –

через сприйняття волонтерів Червоного Хреста.

«Людмило Миколаївно, Ви в безпеці. Мене звуть Юля. Ми зараз вирушаємо» – схожі слова часто лунають від волонтерів Загону швидкого реагування Червоного Хреста України у реанімобілі. Спеціально обладнане авто вже котрий місяць щотижня евакуює десятки маломобільних і тяжкохворих пацієнтів з «гарячих точок».

У кожного з евакуйованих людей, на жаль, своя сумна історія. Юлія, волонтерка Загону швидкого реагування Національного комітету Червоного Хреста України, ділиться на своїй сторінці емоціями з чергової евакуації людей з Донецької області: «У реанімобілі вже зайняті майже всі місця у два яруси і пацієнти трохи звикли до чудової машини та один одного. Остання лікарня та жінка на ношах, які дбайливо несуть волонтери до евакуаційного авто. Голова сива, з одягу – розтягнутий светр».

Жінку розмістили на другому ярусі реанімобіля. Вкриваючи ковдрою, Юлія помітила страх в очах жінки. Часто люди переживають за особисті речі, які їдуть окремою машиною. Помітивши в документах ім'я жінки, Юлія вирішила заспокоїти жінку: «Людмила Миколаївно, Ви в безпеці. Мене звуть Юля. Ми зараз вирушаємо та їдемо. Ваші речі теж з нами».

«У мене немає речей. Нічого немає!» – тихо вимовила Людмила і сльози покотилися по щоках. Щось ще намагалася сказати жінка, здається про капці, яких не було на ногах, але розібрати було важко.

«Обіцяю, що з нею точно залишиться ковдра, яка її зараз зігріває, і що після прибуття повідомлю супровід, що жінці потрібний одяг. І капці. Так, обов’язково, і взуття теж!» – йдеться далі у дописі Юлії.

Як тільки волонтерка сідає на своє місце, у Людмили з’являється напад паніки – жінка боїться тряски та шуму авто.

«Якщо я стоятиму з Вами, буде краще?» Жінка кивнула й сказала «так». Дорогою Юля тримає Людмилу за руку, місцями намагається обіймати, щоб зменшити почуття страху. Зазирнувши у картку супроводу, Юля читає: позавчора Людмила, як завжди, збиралася спати у своєму рідному Лисичанську, але міна, яка потрапила до будинку, змінила життя назавжди. А вдома мабуть й залишилися капці, та бігає сліпий пес.

«Я не знаю, як її втішити. Я б теж прямо тут розплакалася, як тільки вона сказала про собаку. Я глибоко дихаю, повільно і усвідомлено, – хтось із нас двох зараз має знайти опору та поділитися з іншою» – пише Юлія. А Людмила у цей час вголос задає питання, відповідей на які поки немає: «Що ж я робитиму без грошей, там у чужому місті, де нікого не знаю? Як я зможу повернутися додому?»

«Прошу думайте про сьогоднішній день. Зараз у Вас теж немає грошей, але ми про Вас дбаємо і всі лікарі будуть далі дбати. Ви – у своїй країні. Ви – вдома. Зараз головне одужати. Все інше – вирішиться».

Прибувши до евакуаційного потягу, Юлія перепитує у медиків, чи є одяг, капці для жінки. Її переконують, що запас одягу є і жінці буде, що вдягнути і що взути.

Волонтерка прощається, повертається в реанімобіль і ледь стримуючи сльози розмірковує, сідаючи втомлено на крісло: «Ми виконали свою частину роботи в цьому ланцюжку. Зараз, в теплі нашої машини, можу уявляти, як янголи охоронці перебралися в евакуаційний потяг, щоб оберігати своїх людей далі.

А сліпого песика звичайно врятує сусід, який залишився там, десь у Лисичанську. Він почує його та забере до себе. Будь ласка, нехай буде так!»

За вікном дорога та захід сонця. Завтра буде новий день й нові спроби евакуювати людей з «гарячих точок».

"Liudmyla Mykolaivna, you are safe. My name is Yuliia. We are leaving now." Similar words are often heard from the volunteers of the Emergency response team of Ukrainian Red Cross in the ambulance. A specially equipped car has been evacuating dozens seriously ill patients and people with reduced mobility from hotspots every week for months.

Unfortunately, each of the evacuees has a sad story. Yuliia, a volunteer of the Emergency response team of the National committee of Ukrainian Red Cross, shares on her page her emotions from the one of the evacuations of people from Donetska oblast: “Almost all the two-tier beds are already occupied in the ambulance and the patients are a little used to the wonderful car and each other. The last hospital and a woman on a stretcher, which are carefully carried by volunteers to the evacuation car. The head is gray, stretched sweater are only clothes."

The woman was placed on the second tier of the ambulance. Covering with a blanket, Yuliia noticed fear in the woman's eyes. Often people worry about personal belongings that go in a separate car. Noticing the woman's name in the documents, Yuliia decided to reassure the woman: "Liudmyla Mykolaivna, you are safe. My name is Yuliia. We are leaving now. Your things are with us too."

"I do not have things. Nothing!" Liudmyla said softly and tears rolled down her cheeks. The woman was trying to say something else, it seemed about the slippers, which were not on her feet, but it was difficult to understand.

"I promise that she will definitely have a blanket with her, which will keep her warm now, and that upon arrival I will inform the escort that the woman needs clothes. And slippers. Yes, of course, and shoes too!” — it is said further in Yuliia's post. As soon as the volunteer takes her place, Lyudymila has a panic attack — the woman is afraid of shaking and the noise of the car.

"If I stand with you, will it be better?" The woman nodded and said yes. Along the way, Yuliia holds Liudmyla’s hand, sometimes trying to hug her to reduce feelings of fear. Looking at the accompanying card, Yuliia reads: the day before yesterday Liudmyla, as usual, was going to sleep in her native Lysychansk, but a mine that hit the house changed her life forever. And the slippers are probably left at home, and a blind dog is running somewhere.

"I do not know how to comfort her. I would also cry right here as soon as she said about the dog. I breathe deeply, slowly and consciously — one of us must now find support and share with the other" — writes Yuliia. At this time, Liudmyla is asking questions aloud, the answers to which are not yet available: “What will I do without money, in a foreign city where I do not know anyone? How can I get home?”

"Please think about today. Now you also have no money, but we care about you and all doctors will continue to care. You are in your own country. You are at home. Now the main thing is to recover. Everything else will be solved." Arriving at the evacuation train, Yuliia asks the doctors if there are clothes or slippers for the woman. She is convinced that there is a supply of clothes and the woman will have something to wear.

The volunteer says goodbye, returns to the ambulance and, barely holding back tears, ponders, sitting wearily in a chair: "We have done our part in this chain. Now, in the warmth of our car, I can imagine how the guardian angels moved into the evacuation train to protect their people further. And the blind dog will usually be saved by a neighbor who stayed there, somewhere in Lysychansk. He will hear it and take it to himself. Please, let it be so!”

The road and the sunset outside the window. Tomorrow will be a new day and new attempts to evacuate people from "hot spots".
